These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Efiwe platform (“Platform”), operated by Efiwe (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Introduction

Efiwe is a mobile-first, AI-powered platform designed to help users learn how to code using just their smartphones. With hundreds of interactive coding challenges and AI-powered features, Efiwe provides personalized feedback, real-time code diagnostics, and gamified learning experiences. Our platform is available offline, making it ideal for users in regions with limited connectivity. The Platform is available in 189 languages and is designed to be engaging, accessible, and effective for learners of all levels.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Efiwe Platform. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Account Creation and Use

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

Efiwe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, educational purposes. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Distributing or uploading harmful content, such as viruses, malware, or other malicious software;
  • Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform;
  • Attempting to access or manipulate any part of the Platform for malicious purposes.

5. AI-Powered Features

Efiwe uses AI to provide real-time personalized feedback and guidance during coding challenges. By using the Platform, you agree that the AI features are based on algorithms and models that analyze your code and behavior. These features are designed to enhance your learning experience but may not always be error-free or fully accurate.

6. Offline Mode

One of Efiwe’s standout features is its ability to work offline. Once you’ve loaded the Platform, you can continue using the AI-powered features without an active internet connection. However, some features, such as accessing certain content, may require an internet connection. Efiwe is not responsible for any issues or limitations related to the use of the Platform in offline mode.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to coding challenges, educational materials, software, graphics, text, and trademarks, is the property of Efiwe or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Efiwe.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We may collect data such as your account information, usage patterns, and learning progress to personalize your experience and improve our services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

While Efiwe strives to provide an engaging and effective learning experience, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties regarding the Platform’s functionality, accuracy, or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Efiwe disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including any loss of data, errors in code, or interruptions in service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Efiwe, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, including any breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Efiwe. You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by discontinuing your access and deleting your account. Efiwe may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

12. Modifications to the Terms

Efiwe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
