Chidi Nwaogu

Chidi Nwaogu

Co-founder / CTO

Chidi Nwaogu is a formally-trained software entrepreneur and full-stack software engineer who began his journey at 16 as an indie video game developer. Since age 19, he has exited two successful tech companies, including LAGbook, a social network that reached over 1 million users and was acquired in 2013. His achievements include winning the Africa's Business Heroes Prize, Migration Entrepreneurship Prize, and various awards, grants, fellowships and scholarships from prestigious organizations in Germany, China, France, Egypt, the US, the UK, South Korea, South Africa, and more.


In 2017, Nwaogu co-founded Publiseer, a digital distribution platform for independent African content creators, recognized by Ernst & Young in 2023 as one of the "100 most meaningful businesses in the world." In 2020, he co-founded Savvy, a global business incubator that HundrED.org named one of the "100 most impactful educational innovations" in 2022. At Efiwe, Chidi leads all technical development, design, and implementation, including overseeing all training curriculum.

Abhinav Negi

Abhinav Negi

Co-founder / CEO

Abhinav Negi is a social entrepreneur and public policy leader with seven years of experience advancing digital inclusion in underserved communities. As Founder of Kalpavriksha Sustainable Development Society, he launched SPeEd Bootcamps and Digital Gurukuls — piloted with 200+ rural learners and now expanding across Uttarakhand, India — empowering digital champions and creating university-backed pathways to opportunity.


A graduate of the University of Edinburgh (MSc Public Policy), Abhinav combines policy expertise with technical fluency in AI and data analysis to deliver scalable solutions. His leadership has been recognized globally through fellowships and forums in China, the UK, Israel, and South Korea, and he is a recipient of the India Youth Pride Award (2025). At Efiwe, Abhinav drives overall strategy, growth, and fundraising, positioning the platform to equip millions of young people across emerging markets with the STEM skills to innovate, compete, and thrive.

Precious Eboh

Precious Eboh is a results-driven partnerships and project management leader with a strong foundation in building institutional relationships and driving strategic initiatives across education, tech, and social impact sectors. With experience in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative outreach, she brings a proven capacity to connect mission-aligned organisations, negotiate partnerships, and unlock opportunities for scalable impact.


At Efiwe, Precious leads the company’s partnerships strategy as Chief Partnerships Officer, where she is responsible for cultivating high-impact institutional relationships, expanding educational access through pilots and embed integrations, and strengthening Efiwe’s distribution channels in emerging markets.
